Suburban Speed and Mahle Motorsports have come out with a 98 ci high compression piston for your 1999 to 2006 Harley-Davidson® Twin Cam. These pistons have a 9cc dome to get the compression up to 10.5 to 1. The same research and development has gone into these pistons as the rest of our pistons, to give you the highest quality and durability. Suburban Speed - Mahle Pistons do not require rebalancing flywheels like some of our competitor pistons.

Mahle pistons feature:

  • Forged from 4032 aluminum for tighter cylinder wall clearances and quieter operation.
  • Forged 4032 alloy with grafal anti-friction coating on skirts.
  • Phosphate-coated to reduce micro-welding and pin galling.

Featuring a -2cc valve pocket for a 2.120 intake valve, they deliver a 9.98 to 1 compression ratio with a 95cc chamber. The pistons come with coated skirts, ring lands, and pin bores.
