SUBURBAN SPEED 98 CI HIGH COMPRESSION PISTONS
For Twin Cam 88 and 95
Suburban Speed and Mahle Motorsports have come out with a 98 ci high compression piston for your 1999 to 2006 Harley-Davidson® Twin Cam. These pistons have a 9cc dome to get the compression up to 10.5 to 1. The same research and development has gone into these pistons as the rest of our pistons, to give you the highest quality and durability. Suburban Speed - Mahle Pistons do not require rebalancing flywheels like some of our competitor pistons.
Mahle pistons feature:
- Forged from 4032 aluminum for tighter cylinder wall clearances and quieter operation.
- Forged 4032 alloy with grafal anti-friction coating on skirts.
- Phosphate-coated to reduce micro-welding and pin galling.
- Pin bors finished on CNC boring equipment.
- High strength 9310, light weight nitrided steel wrist pins.
- 1.0mm steel nitrided top rings, 1.0mm napier cast second rings.
- 2mm low tension oil rings.

SUBURBAN SPEED 107 FLAT TOP PISTONS
For Twin Cam 96 or 103
Suburban Speed worked with Mahle Motorsports to developed a great combination to turn your twin cam 96 or 103 into a 107ci torque monster using your stock twin cam cylinders. There has been extensive research and development and on the road testing, to assure the highest quality and durability. Piston give you a 10.0 to 1 compression ratio with stock heads. Suburban Speed - Mahle Pistons do not require rebalancing flywheels like some of our competitor pistons.

New from Suburban Speed Mahle 107 high compression pistons for the standard 2007 to 2016 Twin Cam heads. These heads have a 4.4cc dome to give you 10.6 to 1 compression with 85cc heads. The same extensive research and development and on the road testing has gone into this piston kit as the rest of our piston kits. (air cooled engine only) Suburban Speed - Mahle Pistons do not require rebalancing flywheels like some of our competitor pistons.

SUBURBAN SPEED 117 FLAT TOP PISTONS
For Twin Cam 110 CVO or 4.125 BORE ENGINES
Suburban Speed has once again worked with Mahle Motorsports and developed a great new 117 piston to be used with Screamin' Eagle bigger bore cylinder kits. There has been extensive research and development, dyno and street testing to give you the highest quality and durability. Pistons have a -2cc valve pocket for a 2.120 intake valve to give you 9.98 to 1 compression with a 95cc chamber. Pistons come with coated skirts, ring lands and pin bores.

CVO 117 HIGH COMPRESSION PISTON KIT
For Twin Cam 110
Suburban Speed has once again worked with Mahle Motorsports and developed a great new 117 piston to be used with Screamin' Eagle PRO 4.125 bolt-on cylinder Kits. With these pistons you can convert your 110 into a 117. There has been extensive research and development, dyno and street testing to give you the highest quality and durability. Pistons have a 6.6cc dome to give you 10.7 to 1 compression with a 95cc chamber. Pistons come with coated skirts, ring lands and pin bores. Suburban Speed - Mahle Pistons do not require rebalancing flywheels like some of our competitor pistons.
