New from Suburban Speed 117 high compression 6.6cc piston & cylinder kit. Turn your Screamin' Eagle 110 into a 117 without boring the cases. We worked with Mahle Motorsports and came up with a reliable piston and cylinder combination using the new Screamin' Eagle cylinders. Pistons have a 6.6cc dome to give you 10.7 to 1 compression ratio with a .040 head gasket, and come with coated skirts, ring groves and pin bores. Kit also comes with 4.125 cometic head gaskets.

Suburban Speed 117 big bore stage 2 kit is a great choice for your 2007 to 2016 Screamin' Eagle 110 CVO twin cam. What sets our kit apart from our competitors is our custom Mahle Motorsports piston and cam combination. Mahle uses the latest in piston forging technology. These piston are forged from 4032 alloy instead of 2618 which allows for tighter skirt clearances for quieter operation. Piston skirts are coated with a grafal anti-friction coating which reduces scuffing and cylinder bore wear. The ringlands are coated with a phosphate coating which helps lubricate the piston rings and wrist ring technology. With a .043mm top ring, .043mm cast napier second and 3.0mm oil rings. Pistons give you 10.7 to 1 compression ratio with stock heads.
